Refund Policy

1. Overview

At AVV NexEdge, we are committed to providing high-quality training. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Before course commencement: A full refund (minus a processing fee of INR 500) will be issued if the request is made at least 7 days before the batch start date.
• Within the first week: If you attend the first week of classes and feel the course is not the right fit, you may request a refund of 75% of the course fee. The request must be submitted within 7 days of the batch start date.
• After the first week: No refunds will be issued after the first week of the course has elapsed.

3. Certification Exam Vouchers

Certification exam vouchers, once purchased and activated, are non-refundable. This is because vouchers are procured from third-party certification bodies (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Cisco) and cannot be returned once issued. Please confirm your readiness before requesting a voucher.

4. Batch Transfers

If you are unable to attend your enrolled batch, you may request a one-time transfer to a future batch of the same course at no additional cost. Transfer requests must be made at least 3 days before the current batch start date. Transfers are subject to seat availability.

5. Course Cancellation by AVV NexEdge

In the rare event that we cancel a batch due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available batch at no extra cost.

Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

7. EMI Payments

For students on EMI plans, refunds (if eligible) will be calculated based on the total amount paid at the time of the request. Any outstanding EMI obligations may be adjusted accordingly in coordination with the financing partner.
