AVV NexEdge provides professional training courses, certification preparation, and corporate training services. Course content, schedules, and availability are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course at any time.

3. Enrollment & Payment

• Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or agreed-upon first installment.
• Course fees are as communicated during the counseling session. Fees may vary by batch and format.
• All payments are processed through secure payment channels. We do not store credit/debit card information on our servers.
• EMI options, where available, are subject to terms provided at the time of enrollment.

4. Attendance & Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain a minimum of 80% attendance to receive course completion certificates.
• Disruptive behavior, plagiarism, or violation of lab/classroom policies may result in removal from the course without refund.
• Course materials provided are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or redistributed.

5. Certifications

AVV NexEdge is an authorized reseller of certification training and exam vouchers. Certification exams are conducted by the respective certification bodies (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Cisco). We facilitate training and exam access but do not guarantee exam results. Passing the exam is the sole responsibility of the student.

6. Placement Assistance

We provide placement assistance including resume reviews, mock interviews, and connections to hiring partners. Placement assistance is not a guarantee of employment. Job placement depends on individual performance, market conditions, and employer requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AVV NexEdge and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

AVV NexEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
